Encore Chiropractic, since it’s inception, has catered the analysis and adjusting techniques to the unique and high-performance demand that NYC performing artists require to stay at stage ready.
We employ traditional and low/no force techniques at our office and do our best to adapt to the tolerance and needs of each individual patient.
And to get this out of the way early: We don’t accept insurance.

Dr. Brian Poole, Chiropractor
“The Bow Tie Doc”
Dr. Brian Poole was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. His interest in Chiropractic began when he was just fourteen years old and found himself suffering from chronic, oftentimes debilitating, headaches. After months of finding no relief from his pain, his parents took him to a chiropractor. Finally, he had found a solution, while also discovering his own passion for chiropractic and his need to serve people who are also suffering and provide a solution to their problem.
Brian went on to receive his undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation from Parker University, Brian received the Dr. Robert J. Czopoth Service and Leadership Award.
Currently, Dr. Poole lives in New York City with his wife, Jessie. They love exploring and enjoying all the arts, entertainment and delicious food NYC has to offer.
“Dogtor” Niles Crane Poole
Director of Patient Experience
Dogtor Niles joined the Encore Chiropractic Family in January 2020. Originally from South Korea, Niles was brought to New York by the Korean K9 Rescue (@koreank9rescue) and found his furever home with Dr. Poole and his wife, Jessie.
Niles takes his job as Director of Patient Experience very seriously and ensures that every patient is properly greeted when they enter the office.
